In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

Access to and use of the gg138 platform is conditional upon a Member meeting all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and continuously thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. gg138 strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 21, and any account found to belong to an under-age individual will be closed immediately with all balances forfeited.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, partnerships, trusts, and other legal persons are not eligible to hold a Member account.
• You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a Prohibited Territory. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of gg138 complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of a current employee or contractor of gg138 or any of its affiliated companies, gaming providers, or payment processors.
• You must not hold more than one registered account on the gg138 platform at any time. Multiple accounts per individual are expressly prohibited.
• You must not have been previously excluded from the platform or had a prior account closed by gg138 for a violation of these Terms.

To access the full range of gg138 Services, you must register a Member account. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date.

3.1 Registration Process. During registration, you will be required to provide, at a minimum: a unique username, a valid email address, a secure password, your full legal name, your date of birth, and a valid Indonesian mobile phone number. gg138 reserves the right to request additional information at any stage.

3.2 One Account Per Person. Each Member is permitted to hold exactly one registered account. Duplicate accounts — whether registered using the same identity information, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — will be merged or closed at gg138's discretion, and any associated Bonus Funds will be voided.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify gg138 customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. gg138 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC). gg138 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: a government-issued national identity card (KTP), a valid passport, a recent bank statement, or a utility bill showing your registered address. Withdrawal requests may be suspended until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. gg138 may also request a selfie alongside a physical copy of your identity document.

3.5 Account Currency. All Member accounts are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). No multi-currency wallets are supported. All deposits, wagers, bonuses, winnings, and withdrawals are calculated and settled in IDR.

4.1 Approved Payment Methods. gg138 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved channels only: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. gg138 does not accept cryptocurrency, credit cards issued outside Indonesia, or any payment method not expressly listed.

4.2 Deposit Limits & Processing. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit. Standard deposits are processed automatically and credited to your wallet within 60 seconds of confirmation. gg138 reserves the right to impose daily deposit limits in accordance with its responsible gaming obligations.

4.3 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals are only available to fully verified (KYC-complete) accounts. Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in the Member's own legal name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited and will be declined. All real-money winnings must be withdrawn to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing Times. Standard withdrawals are processed within 5–30 minutes of approval. Black Diamond VIP tier members benefit from priority processing with settlement typically completed within 5 minutes. gg138 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend the processing timeline. Withdrawal requests submitted outside of banking hours for bank transfer channels may experience additional delays attributable to the receiving institution.

4.5 Wagering Requirements on Deposits. Real-money deposits that have not been wagered at least once are subject to an administrative review before withdrawal to guard against money laundering. gg138 reserves the right to request documentation confirming the legitimate source of any funds deposited.

4.6 Fees. gg138 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which gg138 accepts no responsibility. In the event that a chargeback or reversal is initiated by a Member, gg138 reserves the right to recover any associated costs from the Member's wallet balance.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free credits, cashback offers, and promotional incentives offered by gg138 are subject to the specific terms published with each individual promotion, which supplement and take precedence over these general bonus provisions where there is a conflict. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the applicable promotion-specific terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all Bonus Funds must be wagered at a minimum of 10× (ten times) the bonus amount before any winnings derived from those funds may be withdrawn. Wagering on certain game categories — including but not limited to live dealer games and specific table games — may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward meeting the wagering requirement, as specified in the individual promotion terms.

5.3 Bonus Validity. Unless stated otherwise, Bonus Funds expire 30 calendar days from the date of credit to your account. Expired Bonus Funds and any associated pending winnings will be automatically removed from your balance without notice.

5.4 One Bonus Per Promotion. Each promotion may only be claimed once per Member, per household, per device, and per payment account. gg138 reserves the right to limit promotion eligibility to Members who meet specific activity criteria (e.g., minimum prior wagering volume, first-time deposit status).

5.5 Bonus Abuse. gg138 actively monitors for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses repeatedly, exploiting mathematical arbitrage opportunities within bonus structures, low-risk wagering strategies designed to convert Bonus Funds with minimal risk, and collusion between accounts to meet wagering requirements. Where bonus abuse is identified, gg138 reserves the right to void all Bonus Funds and associated winnings, and to close the Member's account without prior notice.

5.6 VIP Programme. Members enrolled in the gg138 Black Diamond VIP Programme are subject to the VIP Programme terms communicated by their dedicated personal account manager. VIP tier assignment, maintenance, and benefits are at the sole discretion of gg138 and may be adjusted at any time.

6.1 Acceptance of Bets. All sports bets placed on the gg138 sportsbook — including BRI Liga 1, EPL, Champions League, La Liga, Bundesliga, Serie A, and Timnas Indonesia fixtures — are subject to the applicable sportsbook rules published within the sportsbook section of the platform. gg138 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including after the event has commenced.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Wagers. Minimum and maximum wager limits apply per bet, per event, and per market. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may vary depending on the Member's account status, VIP tier, and current market conditions. gg138 reserves the right to adjust limits without prior notice.

6.3 Void and Cancelled Bets. A bet may be declared void and the stake returned to the Member's wallet in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or postponed beyond the applicable settlement period; the event is awarded to neither team or competitor; pricing or odds errors are identified prior to event commencement; or force majeure events prevent the completion of the event.

6.4 Mix Parlay Bets. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets are settled according to the odds applicable at the time of bet placement. If one or more legs of a mix parlay are voided, the bet is recalculated as if the voided leg(s) were not included. Minimum odds per leg for mix parlay bonus eligibility are specified in the applicable promotion terms.

6.5 Casino and Slot Games. All casino games — including live dealer games by Evolution Gaming, slot gacor titles by Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Spribe — are governed by their respective game rules accessible within the game interface. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical averages calculated over very large sample sizes and do not guarantee results in any individual session.

6.6 Togel Draw Rules. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, voiding of bets and balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the gg138 platform (multi-accounting).
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to place bets or interact with the platform without direct human input at the time of each action.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, pricing errors, or technical faults to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a demonstrable technical error may be voided.
• Colluding with other Members — including but not limited to chip-dumping in poker, coordinated live casino wagering, or sharing of sportsbook information for arbitrage purposes.
• Using the platform in connection with any money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Allowing a third party to access or operate your Member account, including sharing login credentials with another person.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith, or after withdrawing winnings via an alternative payment method.
• Any conduct that gg138, in its sole and reasonable discretion, determines to be abusive, harmful, or detrimental to the integrity of the platform or to other Members.

All content on the gg138 platform — including but not limited to the gg138 brand name and logo, website design, user interface elements, game graphics, odds data, text, software, and databases — is the exclusive property of gg138 or its licensed content suppliers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the gg138 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, or distribute any platform content; reverse-engineer any part of the platform's software; frame or scrape the platform for commercial data collection; or use the gg138 brand name or logo in any context outside of your personal account use without prior written consent.

The collection, storage, and processing of your personal data by gg138 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you acknowledge and consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

In summary, gg138 collects personal data including your name, date of birth, contact details, payment information, and betting activity records for the purposes of: providing the Services; conducting KYC verification; complying with AML and regulatory obligations; personalising your platform experience; and communicating promotions and account notifications. gg138 does not sell Member personal data to unaffiliated third parties. 10.1 Platform Availability. gg138 strives to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled and emergency maintenance, third-party service outages, and force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability. gg138 will not be liable for losses arising from platform downtime.

10.2 Betting Outcomes. gg138 accepts no liability for the outcome of any bet or game. All gaming involves risk. You acknowledge that you may lose some or all of the funds you deposit, and that past performance of any game or bet type is not indicative of future results.

10.3 Cap on Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gg138's aggregate liability to any Member arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by the Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. gg138 expressly excludes liability for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of data — arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, regardless of whether gg138 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11.1 Voluntary Closure. You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting gg138 customer support. Upon closure, any verified withdrawable real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to your registered payment method within the standard withdrawal processing window, provided that all KYC requirements have been met and no outstanding investigation is in progress.

11.2 Closure by gg138. gg138 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Member account at any time and without prior notice where: a breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected; the Member fails to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; gg138 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive; or gg138 determines that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform's integrity or to other Members.

11.3 Treatment of Balances on Closure for Breach. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms — including fraud, bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or prohibited conduct — gg138 reserves the right to void all Bonus Funds and wagering-derived winnings, and to retain the Member's balance as liquidated damages. Real-money deposits may be returned at gg138's sole discretion following a completed investigation.

11.4 Self-Exclusion. Members who wish to restrict their own access to the platform for responsible gaming purposes may activate a self-exclusion period via their account settings or by contacting support at [email protected]. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which gg138 holds its international operating licence. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered by a recognised international arbitration body, with proceedings conducted in English.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent gg138 from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.

gg138 does not operate under any Indonesian government gaming licence, as online gambling is regulated under Indonesian law. By using gg138, you acknowledge that you do so under the platform's international licence and accept full personal responsibility for ensuring that your use of the Services is compliant with any laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence.

gg138 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, gg138 will notify active Members via the email address registered to their account and/or via a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the gg138 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the effective date of the amendment.
